full lot street parking
The shared kitchen area had a microwave, tea, coffee, and milk. This was acceptable.
The parking situation was not ideal. The back lot was full (which was annoying). No alternative parking options were offered. I had to search for street parking a few blocks away.

The location was convenient to the city centre. My room included cereal and tea and coffee (a nice touch).
My check-in was delayed. The parking area was full with no alternative directions provided (this was inconvenient).
